Post evaluation
After successful delivery and engagement from the training sessions this phase documents the success areas and things that still need improvement outside the scope of training.
More accountabilty is given at this phase, and emphasis on long-lasting systems. Below are the activities in the Post Evaluation phase;
Preparation of an evaluation report
Make recommendations on systems
Carryout random checks
